Alive and well

I’m in Jordan! Woo! I’ve only got internet once a week, and I probably won’t have it for the next two weeks actually, so I’m going to set a few posts to post automatically. So if you see a post, no, it does not mean I’m on the internet at the moment. 🙂

Also, if you make any comments on a post and you’re using the cherrier7 username, please remember to put your name in the message – lots of people have that username and password, so unless you put your name I don’t know who it is. Ok? Gracias. Or shukran. Whichever.

Leaving on a jet plane!!

As you read this, I’m on a plane! Or maybe a bus to the airport to get on the plane. But let’s say plane. Let’s hope there are no mother freakin’ snakes on this mother freakin’ plane!! Or camel spiders. I don’t want to meet those, but I’m afraid I will soon. I may not be able to update for a bit when I get there, but I will when I can. Sayonara, Uhmurrika, shalom (teehee, I made a funny) Jordan! 😀

Philly cheese steak? No, thank you.

Heading off to Philadelphia today. Staging starts tomorrow at 12:30pm but since you can’t leave Tuesday morning from California and arrive in Philly before 12:30pm, and Peace Corps won’t accept red-eyes, I have to leave a full day early. Oh, well, a little time to explore the city of brotherly love! How can that be a bad thing? 🙂

To the person who subscribed to this blog with the general username…

…you know that’s linked to my email, right?

Somebody used the generic username I gave out (cherrier7) to subscribe to this blog and receive emails whenever I update. But that username is going to be used by a lot of people, so I’ve linked it to MY email. So you are NOT going to receive email notifications when I update. Just FYI. If you want to get an email from wordpress every time I post something, you’ll have to create a wordpress account for yourself, and then just send me your username and I’ll add you. Then you’ll be able to read it with your own username and subscribe to email notifications if you choose.

No idea who it was because I’ve given that username to a lot of people, so just, you know, FYI. And also, I don’t think I have to say this, but to those of you using that username, please don’t do funky stuff with it. The point of it was for people without wordpress accounts to read the blog without trouble. Thank you, come again. 🙂
